AMICUS CURIAE.....7/2

An email possibly made some sense:

It would probably be nice if some aspiring Clarence Darrow filed an Amicus Curiae brief reguarding the voracity of the suit. No federal agency had claimed infraction.

Enjoining Suddenlink from releasing information, based on a presumption of privacy might be helpful as well.

How can Frank fight this without giving up who he/she really is? If you hire a lawyer to stop all this ridiculous maneuvering do you have to put a true name on it or can you do it under an alias? This definitely feels like a way to get Frank to come out of hiding so they can fire him and get rid of the mole in the facility thus stopping the blog, or at least slowing the leaks. I am obviously not a lawyer and so would like to know. I am behind you all the way Frank.

I don't see how they can say it's an employee "leaking" this information. When people have been a patient in the hospital/ER they tell everybody about it. ANd then those people tell people. It's not HIPAA if the patient himself it blabbing his own info to the world. Hospital employees know better than to blab HIPAA info to anyone outside the hospital. I don't think it's employees Fletcher needs to be harassing.
