I've posted to this blog from wherever I've been at the time, so in my case the trail is gonna be convoluted as all get-out. But I'm not worried- if they find me, and if they think they have the stones to come & get me, all I can say is, pack a lunch.

I may be silenced, but they can't get all of us.

Can you put that post in English for us?

Suddenlink brought in a lawyer. Doesn't really say much more....frank

That's right! Blogger 4:38

The TRUTH is just too painful for Essent to deal with in the proper way and they can't silence the truth, no matter how hard they try..

Until they take a good look in the mirror E$$ent's troubles will never end!

So, looks like Suddenlink might have somewhat of a brain. I'm sure that E$$ent will threaten to go to Dish.. wouldn't that be a site...all those little satellites on the hospital. Can't wait to see how this plays out.. although I must admit I would like to know the true identity of our beloved Frank.. just so I could give him or her a big hug.

It would appear that they are using US Codes, TITLE 18, PART I, CHAPTER 121, § 2703 Required disclosure of customer communications or records, which would seem to be on the basis of a criminal charge, rather than civil. The court seems to be stretching a bit.

Surely the Suddenlink lawyer could quash this one if they want to.

I read the Paris News update yesterday concerning the release of names, and the fact that "Suddenlink gave the court a further look at privacy issues".

No doubt that you are going to challenge and oppose the disclosure of name(s).

Looking forward to your next update on this issue. Good Luck!

So let me get this straight:Judge Mcdowel is now instructing suddenlink to notify the blogger and all the posters on the blog that they have been asked to reveal their names.Suddenlink then notifies the judge in 10 days of the notification, either by possesing the signed return receipt cards or by the individuals filing a request for a hearing before the judge to show why their names should not be released .At that point, the judge will decide whether to require suddenlink to reveal the names to essent.By my count of the number of posts, it is likely the good judge will not out- live these individual pleadings;
essent certainly wont be around when the final injunction (or refusal of the request ) is rendered.This reminds me of a dickens novel about a case that went on for three generations!
To bad that all the while this crap is going on the hospital is slipping further into the mire.Hub Connerly is a fool;he runs his business like an old fishwife that is more interestd in proving that her man's dick is bigger than her neighbors.This new adm DUCK is turning out to be even more of a loser than Knisley,his idea is that if the RNs dont like the working conditions Quote"dont let the door hit you in the ass" unquote.Oh, I forgot, the CARDIAC CENTER OF EXCELLENCE IS GOING TO SAVE EVERYTHING....NOT!

Actually my opinion of Dux is that he isn't a duck at all but a snake in the grass. He looks and sounds very pleasant and then suddenly--you've been bit! Watch out with this one. Don't trust him. I doubt the ER has antivenom.

Dux is a typical sleazebag executive- all pressworthy catchphrases and silly comments, but behind the facade is a snake. He looks down on the employees, thinking of them as dime-a-dozen. His resume with all the different places he's been should have been a warning of what was coming- another incompetent clown doing the dirty work for Dud and Big Dick. He knows no more on how to treat employees right than I know how to fly a jet (hint- don't book your flight if I'm in the cockpit, LOL). In other words, the right fit for an E$$ent executioner-oops, I meant executive.
