62% of cases are disposed of with in 6 months.Realize these are last year's statistics, but will probably hold. What complicates this case are the issues involved. A 'constitutional' issue, a somewhat obtuse decision,

0% longer than 24.
and statutes that support neither.So while we're spinning our wheels, they are turning and just need a little traction. What might render the case moot is if it outlasts Essent, and it would seem that that might be the case. Some in corporate are wondering if it will last a year.

Well, it looks like the decision has been handed down. Kinda leaves the local "judge" and Essent with egg on their faces, dunnit?
I'd love to be a fly on the wall of the boardroom & listen in on the response to this one.....and you know the Snooze will tsk-tsk this decision as well.
